where did you find an Ibrik? I can not find one anywhere. I am trying to brew Turkish coffee after a trip to Ethiopia as after having their traditional coffee nothing else compares. As you mentioned its not so simple to brew, getting it to froth is not so easy. i met a few people from Turkey that are attending the U of M so maybe I will ask them to give me some advice.
